What the apps do

Rapid Reset and Rapid Reset: Family provide guided connection and regulation games. Core gameplay content is available without creating an account. A one-time in-app purchase can unlock the full game library.

Information we collect

We do not require account registration and we do not collect personal profile information directly through the apps.

The apps may store limited information on your device so the experience works properly, such as gameplay preferences and whether premium content has been unlocked on that device.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in that message so we can respond.

Payments

Premium unlock purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide transaction or entitlement information needed to confirm purchases and restore access, subject to Apple's own privacy terms.

How information is used

Information described above is used only to:

• deliver app features and save on-device preferences,
• enable premium access after purchase or restore, and
• reply to support requests you send to us.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only rely on service providers that are necessary to operate the apps and website, such as Apple for in-app purchases and app distribution.

Children

Rapid Reset: Family is designed for family use, but purchases and downloads are still handled through Apple accounts controlled by adults or guardians. If you believe personal information was provided to us in error, contact us and we will address it.
